I offer self-care coaching and therapeutic counselling services for women who want to take back control of their lives and live their life the way that they want to.

Finding Your Best You is based in Hobart, Tasmania but my online services and self-paced programs are available worldwide.

I work with women who are ready to:

  • take back control over their depression.
  • take back control over their stress.
  • challenge their self-limiting beliefs and habits.
  • feel good about themselves and have positive self-worth.
  • finally live the life the way that they want to.

I promote positive mental health, healthy coping strategies, mental health recovery and promote more self-care into your everyday routine.
